Nicki Minaj Sparks Debate with “Neurodivergent” Twitter Spree
The Queen of Rap is trending again. But this time it ain't about a new song or a hot verse. Nicki Minaj hopped on X (the app everybody still calls Twitter) and dropped a bunch of thoughts that got people real divided. She talked about neurodivergent stuff, reading people's intentions, and even shouted out tech billionaire Elon Musk. Now the Barbz (her fans) and everybody else are picking sides.
She used the hashtag #NeurodivergentRapLines and
gave fans a peek inside her head. She said she thinks deep about every
conversation.
"I look beyond what ppl saying and I see intent," Nicki Minaj posted. "Then I just sit back & decipher what they really meant."
The "Leader Elon" Drama
Some fans liked hearing how her brain works when she writes raps. But then another tweet popped off and went viral for a whole different reason. Nicki Minaj seemed to put herself on Elon Musk's team. She called him the leader for neurodivergent people.
The Tweet: "Neurodivergents watching our leader Elon be
the richest & smartest while the others realize they're cooked."
The Reaction: The internet lit up right away. Some people cosigned her for shouting out successful folks who think different. But a lot of other people got mad about the "leader" label. They pointed out that Elon Musk is a billionaire with a lot of baggage and not everybody wants to claim him as their boss.
The World Is "Losing Its Mind"
Nicki Minaj didn't stop there. She got a little
darker and talked about how everybody is acting fake about the state of things
right now. She posted: "I love how everyone's decided to pretend that the
world isn't losing its f*ng mind."
This is classic Nicki Minaj right here. She
mixes deep thoughts with that "I'm too cool to care" vibe. Whether
she is really talking about her own brain wiring or just using the word neurodivergent to
explain her style, she did what she always does. She got the whole internet
talking about her again.
